First Half Marathon
This training plan is suitable for those who maintain a minimum pace of 7:30 per kilometer or 12:00 per mile and already have a regular workload of 5 to 10 kilometers but aim to reach the major goal of a half marathon!
This training plan is personal and non-transferable! You are paying 1.40 EUR per workout.
Within this training plan, you can expect:
- A 12-week training plan
- 5 workouts per week
- One Zoom video call with Claudia at the beginning of the plan to discuss additional questions, strategies, and races.
- 1 specific running stretching video
- 1 specific running muscle strengthening video
