First Marathon
This training plan is suitable for those who maintain a minimum pace of 7:30 per kilometer or 12:00 mile and already have a regular workload of 10 to 15 kilometers, aiming to reach the major goal of a marathon!
This training plan is personal and non-transferable! You are paying 1.50 EUR per workout.
Within this training plan, you can expect:
- A 16-week training plan
- 5 workouts per week
- Two Zoom video calls with Claudia at the beginning of the plan and at the halfway point of your journey to discuss additional questions, strategies, and races.
- 1 specific running stretching video
- 1 specific running muscle strengthening video
- Resources and guides on hydration and gel intake
- Pace tables and guides
- Guides and instructions for various types of workouts
- Inspirational journal throughout the training weeks
